QMB provides regulatory intelligence software and consulting services designed to assist MedTech companies with quality management, regulatory submissions, and compliance workflows. 7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QMB's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services exceed the amount you paid to QMB, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QMB and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our Services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
